📌 About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer (ERP Developer) to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERP systems—especially ERPNext or Frappe Framework—and will be responsible for customizing, maintaining, and extending our ERP solutions to support our internal operations and business goals.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

1. Customize and extend ERP features using Python, JavaScript, and the Frappe Framework.
2. Develop and maintain custom apps, reports, and workflows in ERPNext.
3. Integrate third-party services and tools via REST APIs.
4. Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
5. Debug and resolve technical issues within the ERP system.
6. Support data migrations, backups, and system upgrades.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Operations, etc.) to ensure system efficiency.

✅ Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
2. Proven experience with ERPNext or other ERP platforms.
3. Proficient in Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
4. Strong understanding of database structures and RESTful API integration.
5. Experience with Git, Docker, and Linux environments.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

💡 Nice to Have:

1. Experience in accounting, inventory, or HR modules within ERP systems.
2. Familiarity with Frappe Cloud, Redis, Nginx, and CI/CD pipelines.
3. Contributions to open-source ERP projects.
